I am looking to move out of my one bedroom but I am in a lease until April of 2022 it’s a one bedroom apartment in maplewood the rent would be 819 I do have a garage but that would be additional rent the total rent for garage and rent would be 879 you do have to pay utilities. There under new management so you would be getting a heck of a deal because they raised there rent to 925 a month. You would have to do an application. I am going to attach some photos.
