Stopped to check on availability at Middletown. Had enjoyed my previous stay and now want to go back. My tour today was DELIGHTFUL and property is STILL in great shape. The leasing professional, Teriyon, that took me on the tour was courteous and informative. Also had the pleasure of speaking with the Property Manager who was also there when I was a previous tenant. Made my day. I highly recommend Middletown or The Dona. S LOWE.

I’ve been living at Middletowne for two years. Recently the apartments and the building have been nice upgrades and revitalization and I just wanted to say how great the changes are… My balcony has been completely renovated and the railings have been replaced. A new and highly functional door was installed, which makes the exterior look even better. Thanks also to the office staff for their clear communication, especially Vanessa, who is always so kind and helpful.
