Also has the convenience of local shopping in Vista’s Oakridge Commons Plaza just next door and a short drive to Scotts Corners, Ridgefield, New Canaan and only 10 min to the Merritt Parkway. Tenant pays all utilities except water. Security Deposit: 1.5 months rent. Renters insurance required, background check and income verification. Must have $90,000 combined income to qualify. Minimum 1 year lease. Maximum of 4 people can occupy. One Small dog allowed (under 25lb) OR one cat are welcome but will be verified. Extra $500 Pet deposit will be required.
