With the pantry and the upper and lower kitchen cabinetry, you will have plenty of storage space. The 2 bedrooms are a comfortable size. The laundry area is in the back of the hall half bathroom. There is a dryer that can remain for the tenant's use should they like to use it. However, can bring their own washer and electric dryer. The fireplace is not for use. There are 2 in line parking spots on the right side of the driveway for off street parking. The owner is installing a fence in the backyard that is almost completed. A single pet is allowed with the owner's discretion and approval. Some dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance limitations. Tenant pays Cleco for electricity.
