The current rental rate for this unit is $1,350.00 a month with a $1,350.00 security deposit due at move-in. There is also a non-refundable $55 application fee that will cover a criminal background check, credit check and verification of employment. Water, trash and sewerage all come included with monthly rent along with full size washer-drier. The unit is also equipped with the following kitchen appliances: refrigerator, stove, range, dishwasher and microwave hood vent. We do not accept any government programs and or Section 8 vouchers. These units are also pet friendly but require a $500 non-refundable pet fee for a dog and a $250.00 for a cat. Nothing over 30 lbs.
