Landlord pays all utilities including electricity. Rooming house looking to be leased preferably to a single group. (5 to possibly 12) Rent is for 5 but will go up for additional person $100. Minutes to NIU and backs to Kishwaukee River and Lagoon. One kitchen and one bath recently replaced. Central air added last year for first two floors. On site laundry, included. Rent is variable and price is for 5 tenants but goes up with additional renters. (For Example 7 is 2400 plus 200) Some improvements to building including new kitchen on first floor. House is 12 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 family areas, and a large basement. John is quite street and Kishwaukee river and lagoon a calm setting. Landlord does have reasonable rules and expectation of tenants. Also willing to look at different scenario's and needs. House has been used historically for college students because of location and pricing but not required. Agent interest. Pets allowed on a case by case basis
