The new management team at FORM15 is doing their utmost to freshen up the grounds and provide a safe, well-run living experience for residents. Crystal Kennedy has brought a management style to the building that is greatly appreciated. Very dog friendly and a knock-on-the-door policy to the office and staff. The maintenance crew is the most responsive that I have encountered. While there are many new residential buildings going up in the East Village, FORM15 is big on living space, easy parking, and just the right amount of amenities to satisfy the discerning residential renter.

I lived at Form 15 for over a year and I had an amazing experience! Management and maintenance are kind, helpful, and responsive. The amenities are great, complex is well kept, and overall a pleasant living experience.
