Accessed from the kitchen, the rear deck leads to the sprawling yard - a wonderful setting to enjoy the seasons. An approved application, first month's rent, security deposit, and renter's insurance is required. Lawn care, water, and sewer is included. Garage available for storage only, no vehicles. Fireplace not operable. Tenant is responsible for: electric, internet/cable, propane, and snow removal. *This is a non-smoking/vaping home.
