An approved application, first month's rent, security deposit, and renter's insurance is required. Lawn care, water, and sewer is included. Garage available for storage only, no vehicles. Fireplace not operable. Tenant is responsible for: electric, internet/cable, propane, and snow removal. *This is a non-smoking/vaping home.
