The second and third bedrooms are generously sized, with one featuring a wall length closet. There is new flooring throughout and the windows have been updated to vinyl double pane. The kitchen features stylish etched glass that allows for an open concept feel, and a pass-through window into the dining area, making serving foods a breeze. The front porch offers plenty of room for outdoor seating, and the yard is fully fenced with a well-manicured lawn. Water and sewer are covered by the owner, except if the county charges for overage based on the well's meter. Application fee is $50 per adult. A leasing-technology fee of $135 is due when signing the lease. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company).
