STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. DESCRIPTION: This third floor walk-up condo is unique and equipped with all the basic house amenities you will need and has the accommodations to sleep 6 with a Queen in the primary bedroom, a Twin bunk in the hall alcove and a sleeper sofa as well. The living room includes a TV with cable and Wi-Fi for your use. There is assigned parking for 1 car near the unit and 1 additional space in the overflow lot across the street from the complex. Enjoy a swim in the seasonal oceanfront pool or a stroll on the beach, using the private beach access for guests of The Riggings. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. Bedding Recap: 1 Queen, 1 Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Sofa Bed Parking: Two parking passes are included.
