Downstairs find an additional bedroom and third full bathroom, which would be perfect as additional sleeping quarters or a home office. Non-Student and jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant with water and sewer included in the monthly rent. This home is pet friendly, so bring your furry friend along!
