About 1425 Gholson Ave
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex apartment has oil heat, hardwood floors and an unfinished basement. Stove and refrigerator are included in the monthly rent. Call our office if you are interested at 336-722-1137! You may come to our office between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to check out a key. We require a refundable $10.00 deposit per key, cash only, and a photocopy of a government issued ID. You will have 24 hours to return keys checked out Monday-Thursday, any keys checked out on Friday must be checked out before 4 p.m. and be returned by 5 p.m. on the same day. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime non-refundable pet fee, dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
