There is patio access just off the living room to a concrete area perfect for a few umbrellas, BBQ grill at the gas plumbed fixture, some patio furniture, and a small place for a hobby garden. At the base of the stairs you will find a powder room. Upstairs are 3 guest bedrooms which share a full hall bath with tub/shower combo. The master is spacious with on-suite bathroom equipped with soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sink vanity, and walk-in closet. Also upstairs is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Tenant is responsible for ALL utilities and minimal landscape maintenance. All interested applicants must fill out applications directly with iRENT and will be subject to a non-refundable applications fee of $45.
