My roommates and I are looking to sublet a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house in the 1400 block of Battery Avenue in Federal Hill. Move-in date is very flexible: one room is available now, two more will be available mid-March, and all four will be available by the beginning of April. The combined rent for the rooms would be $3200/month ($800/person). -Private parking pad and two guest passes. On-street parking is ample and not hard to find in the few surrounding blocks -Roof deck with gorgeous views, as well as a private back patio area -Finished basement that acts as an extra living room/rec area. This is unusual in Fed Hill townhomes and an awesome asset to have! -Great location in a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood, only a short walk to the restaurants and bars -The current lease will end on June 30th, but there would be an opportunity to renew if desired -This is a great place for a group of 4 starting in April, as 4-bedroom rowhomes are very rare in Federal Hill, and having the extra living space in the finished basement is even more rare in a 4-bedroom.
