The bright open concept living area has high windows with a dining room and kitchen adjacent. There is a washer/dryer and a wood fireplace. The unit comes with one underground secured parking spot. There is a common hot tub in the complex. The complex is also on the free bus shuttle to the ski hill (2 min on bus to ski out). You can also ski to Painted Cliff Road and cross the street to the unit. This is best suited for a small family or couple. No smoking/vaping. References and credit check required. Due to the volume of applications received, only those shortlisted will be contacted.
