Beyond the yard are additional dwellings including a casita that sits right on the lake. Additionally, there is a bunk house as well as a separate, expansive garage and a separate detached bathroom. Large Garage The yard is fully fenced and boasts lush green grass and your own private beach paradise. Puget Sound Energy is the utility provider. Monthly water / sewer bill will be billed back to tenants. There is no garbage service in this community, so tenants are responsible for hauling it away. NOTE: The current video does not reflect the remodel. Once the home is vacant, we will post an updated video. NO NEED TO CALL!
