It is a very private space because the building is nestled in a hill and the back views are a wooded slope. The building is also protected from flooding because of being on higher ground. Heating is inexpensive with a new rinnai heater in the main space and supplemental electric heat in the bedrooms. Right in downtown Johnson, so walking distance to all shops, cafes, laundry, etc. Security deposit of 1 month, plus first and last months rent due upon signing the lease. Applications include landlord and employment references as well as credit/background check, plus proof of income of 3x the rent. No smoking. Ground unit in a 3 unit multi-family home. Landlord pays for lawn care, trash, water/sewer, plowing. Tenant pays electric, heat, cable/internet, etc. Lease can be any length as long as it ends in a spring/summer month. Good references and credit/background check and proof of monthly income of 3x the rent. Pets need excellent references and 6 months history with the household. No smoking.
