This loft is perfect to accommodate you for your summer family vacation, fall hunting trip, or winter ice fishing trips. Have small kiddos?! We have a brand new pack n play, wooden high chair, and booster chair (check listing to see the exact ones in our house to ensure it meets your expectations). Note that this setup is an open concept studio like a hotel with beds together in the large room. There is a kitchenette with sink/disposal, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, and single burner. Don't bring dirty laundry home. There is a washer and dryer on site for guests to use in the garage (below the loft) that's onsite. It is a shared washer and dryer. This is a pet friendly place but we do charge $100 pet fee, PER PET, and must be approved by host. MAX 2 pets. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Main House on the property sleeps 6. The loft above the garage sleeps 6. There are 2 queen beds and a twin over a double bunk bed. Please inquire about booking the entire property to accommodate 12 people. IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a "Green Egg" charcoal grill. This is 1st come 1st serve due to the main house being on the property and may be rented out during your stay as well. It is up to the guests' responsibility to supply the charcoal.
