After a day of play, snuggle into the cozy living room with an easy to use gas fireplace, a private balcony, a full dining table and just steps to the stocked kitchen. Summer rates. The location of this condo could not be more perfectly situated. You are a few minutes walk to the gondola that will take you to the world class ski resort of Beaver Creek. There is so much to offer in the Village including skiing, ice skating & incredible restaurants and shops. In the summer, there are free concerts, hiking & loads of activities. The Seasons building offers a heated garage, ski locker, private elevators & a lobby. From the building you are just a quick walk to the famous Nottingham Lake, shops, cafes and a wonderful creek-side trail. You will never lack for things to do. PARKING: You will park in the heated garage with an elevator to take you up to the 6th floor condo. MAIN FLOOR: As you enter the 6th floor condo you will immediately notice the expansive views of Beaver Creek Mountain. The sliding door to the balcony & the big windows fill the living room with light. The kitchen flows straight into the living room which also offers a large dining room table. Secondary Suite: The Jr suite is down the hall with a Queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom & smart TV. Bunk Room: The bunk room has four twin beds & a full bathroom just steps away in the hallway. UPSTAIRS: The primary suite offers an en-suite bathroom, work space, smart TV & an additional loft for lounging or working. This bedrooms has privacy & an enormous amount of space. 12 months lease is not available.
