It was built in 2022 and has all the new appliances, flooring and fixtures that come with a newer build. It has a two car garage, nice kitchen, dining and great room space on the main floor and a master bed and bath upstairs with 2 additional bedrooms and another bathroom. The laundry room hookups are upstairs as well. Tenants will have access to the pool, parks and open spaces maintained by the HOA. Pets are allowed under the following conditions: $50 per month per pet fee as well as a non-refundable $200 pet deposit. And tenant has to comply with all HOA rules in regards to pets.
