The unit was recently been painted inside and out, new carpeting has been installed throughout and the floorplan is very functional. Granite counters, gas stove, microwave over stove, refrigerator and lots of cabinet space. There is a breakfast area off the kitchen, slider to the patio and washer & dryer hookups centrally located off the breakfast area. The family room is good sized and has a half bath nearby. All of the rooms and the full bathroom are upstairs, the bathroom has a tub, the bedrooms are good sized and lots of natural light. The complex does feature a swimming pool and clubhouse. The unit comes with one covered space, but there are a lot of parking spots in this complex. We prefer a month to month or 6 month lease.
