About Bayview Ave & McKee Ave
This is a beautiful large bedroom 14 feet by 10 feet. Single occupancy. There is a wardrobe and a cupboard. Furnishings included are a Queen sized bed base and if desired a table and chair. You share the washroom by the bedroom with one other tenant. The kitchen is shared between four people. $950 / month includes utilities and fast internet. The house includes a laundry at no extra charge. Live quietly on a suburban street, one street west of Bayview, between Finch and Sheppard. The Sheppard subway is a short bus ride or walk away, or a short walk to Finch with regular bus service to Finch station. Close to restaurants and shopping, especially Bayview Village shopping centre. This room is available ONLY to non-smokers (including no vaping) by law because there are children’s music programmes being taught here. Smoke Free Ontario Act 2017. For the fire safety of all living here, NO candles or open flames are to be lit in the room and NO e-bikes may be charged inside. You are responsible, with the other residents, for cleaning up after yourself and helping maintain the cleanliness of the house, especially bathroom, hallways and kitchen.
