Breed Restrictions: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, Wolf hybrids, any combination mix of the foregoing breeds, and any other breed or type that Landlord deems to have similar characteristics. Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Livestock, farm animals, and poisonous, venomous, dangerous, or exotic animals are prohibited. Pet Administration Fee: If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a $150.00 Pet Administrative Fee for the first pet and $75 per pet for each additional pet upon move-in. This is a one-time fee. In addition to this fee, you will also have monthly pet admin fees per pet depending on your pets paw score. The security deposit varies based upon credit criteria; however standard security deposit equals one month's rent. Applicants must view the home or have representative view the home on behalf of the applicants, we do not do sight unseen leases. Please view the property prior to submitting an application. Approved Applicants are required to execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full security deposit within 48 hours after approval of the Lease. The Lease start date must be within 14 days after approval. This requirement is applicable to all Approved Applicants, even if they have not seen the inside of the home. When leasing a property through Modern Day Property Management, Tenants are obligated to pay $55.00 per month without demand as additional rent.
