Nice large windows, beautiful views of the countryside. Due to proximity to other housing, any tenants would need to be very considerate of the noise level. Very "cowboyish", the setting of this home is stunning! NOTE: This home will take a maximum of 3 occupants. Please also note, this home is in the country...there are bugs and animals...if you are afraid of these things, this isn't your house 8-) This is a ranch house, basic and functional. Tenants have a yard area but no access to outbuildings/barns/pastures etc. You may drive by the driveway and look down and at buildings from the Hwy but do not go up without appointment!!! 12 month lease. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. No pets preferred but may be considered on a case by case basis with references and additional deposit.
