The move in charges include, a one month security deposit and the prorated rent for the month you're moving in (dependent on the move in day). Up to two cats are allowed. There is a $200 refundable deposit for a cat. $25/month/pet rent. Tenant pays for gas and electric. Qualifications include a credit score above 550, no previous evictions, and gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount.
