There's a large laundry room with washer and dryer hookups (bring your own units!). There's a living room, second family room, and small nook that's perfect for an office. Master bathroom has double sinks, separate bathtub and walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms each have lots of closet space. Outside, there's a detached 1-car garage with automatic opener and a shed for extra storage. Water/well, sewer/septic, and yard care are all included in the rental price. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, and TV/internet. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent and a $1,550 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $4,650 per month.
