LOOK & LEASE SPECIAL -ONE MONTH FREE!!- Beautiful and bright first floor one bedroom one bath located at 1320 York Street! This unit has an open floorplan and hardwood floors throughout. Lots of natural light as well as a spacious closet. Walking distance from Sprouts Farmers Market, Cheeseman Park, Tattered Cover Book Store as well as Chef's Zorba's, Liks Ice-cream, Annie's Café and Bar and Atomic Cowboy for nightlife and dining experience. Utilities included in the base rent: water, trash, gas, and wastewater discharge. Tenant pays electric and WiFi separately. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit being $400 pending approval. The deposit is subject to change pending results of the background check. No pets please. We do not require in person showings, but they are highly encouraged! The Square footage our units is approximate.
