BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom/2.5 bath unfurnished townhouse in a great location on St. Simons Island. The townhouse is located in Island Square behind Winn Dixie. This townhouse is a short bike ride or very short drive to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Island Square has a community pool, fitness center, and gated access. The townhouse has all hard surface flooring. No carpet. It has granite countertops in the kitchen with nice cabinets. The property has a washer/dryer hookup. This property is being rented unfurnished. I will consider allowing a small dog, with a pet deposit. Background check/credit check, references, and security deposit are required.
