The living areas feature new carpet, while the kitchen and bathroom are finished with solid surface flooring. There's an abundance of closet space and two pantries for storage. Ceiling fans are in the living room and front bedroom for added airflow. A dedicated laundry room is located off the kitchen with hookups available. Most kitchen appliances are included; tenants will need to provide their own microwave, washer, and dryer. Tenants are responsible for all customary utilities, and trash service while lawn care is provided by the landlord. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Seeking a 15-month lease at $995 per month, with a matching $995 security deposit.
