The living areas feature new carpet, while the kitchen and bathroom are finished with solid surface flooring. There's an abundance of closet space and two pantries for storage. Ceiling fans are in the living room and front bedroom for added airflow. A dedicated laundry room is located off the kitchen with hookups available. Most kitchen appliances are included; tenants will need to provide their own microwave, washer, and dryer. Tenants are responsible for all customary utilities, and trash service while lawn care is provided by the landlord. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Seeking a 15-month lease at $950 per month, with a matching $950 security deposit. All applications must be submitted directly through Penner Property Management; third-party applications will not be accepted. Our office is located at 2620 Hub Dr. N, Suite B, Independence, MO 64055. The application fee is $65 per adult applicant age 18 or older.
