Great apartment in Downtown Raleigh close to restaurants, bars, nightlife. Vintage place with large living room, nice bedrooms, big kitchen and dining area, sunroom and porch. I looked for months since I was paying month to month at current place/ didn't need to rush and I jumped on this place because I knew it would go quick. Its an amazing deal for the space/layout, location and the landlords are great, (live 2 min away and have great reviews). Trying to find someone by the end of the week 12/21. I work full time in sales and do design work/art on the side so pretty busy but laid back and enjoy going out with friends on the weekend and an occasional concert/ music show. :)
