The breakfast bar with room for 2-3 stools. There is no dishwasher or laundry in the apartment. An open staircase leads to the upper level. This entire level is actually one large open space. However, due to the placement of the staircase and the closet, the space is visually divided into two areas. This level works very well as a bedroom and a den/office. This level does not work for two people requiring privacy. There is also a large, double, closet and two skylights on this upper level. Gas forced air heat- two window air conditioners included. Separate hot water heat, newer electric. Tenant pays for heat. There is a large landscaped yard between this coach house and the front building, including a plot to plant vegetables. This room has two regular windows and two cute “porthole ” windows; the bedroom with a large South facing window and a skylight; full bath with a skylight; lots of additional storage. Note that there are numerous closets in the apartment, but there is not a closet in the bedroom. There are enclosed porches on both levels. You have your own, newer individual hot air heat furnace and hot water heater. 2 new window air conditioners are included for your comfort. Painted drywall walls, newer electric, mini blinds, wire closets. Flooring is oak, tile and carpet. The property has a large side yard and large private, rear yard. The yards are landscaped with flowers and trees. The apartment is on Argyle street (5000 North), between Broadway and Clark street.
