Tenants must be 55 years of age or older to lease this property. Viewings of this property will be by appointment only Monday thru Friday between 10am to 4pm. This floorplan provides 1712 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and study. The garage can store 2 vehicles and has the additional golf cart garage perfect for those bringing a golf cart or needing extra storage space! Minimum lease term required is 12 months. Hard flooring in the main living areas. Carpet in the bedrooms and study. Stainless steel kitchen appliances. Electric range. Primary bath has a dual vanity, bathtub and walk-in shower. Large walk-in closet in primary suite. Bath tub and vanity in guest bath. Additional counter space and sink in the utility room. Ceiling fans in the living room and primary suite. Covered back patio with ribbon green space views. Fully fenced yard. Located less than a mile from the Cowan Creek Activity Center. Smoking is not permitted at this property. Owner provides lawn maintenance and pays the HOA dues. Tenants are responsible for rent, utilities, watering of the landscaping and pest control at the property. Owner will consider one dog. Cats are not permitted. Owner approval of pet is required prior to applying to lease this property. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $30. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no charge for those with assistance animals or for tenants without a pet (you will select this information on the screening profile and provide any requested documentation).
