Heat pumps provide cost-effective AIR CONDITIONING! Semi attached 2 car garage. Pets considered on a case by case basis, with extra, refundable deposit and monthly pet fee. Must be fixed, adult and friendly. The yard is fenced. Tenant pays all utilities, including a $135 per month for Sunland water (which normally changes in Januarys). HVAC is via 2 heat pumps (low electric bills!), which includes AIR CONDITIONING! We are looking for people with permanent employment,3x rent of verifiable income, good credit, and excellent landlord history.
