For your use, the home has standard kitchen appliances (including a new oven), laundry room with new washer and dryer, 2 new streaming televisions, a back patio, and a 15x15 storage shed in the large, fenced back yard. Tenant pays all utilities and must maintain yard, year round. Cars are to be parked in carport or on one of the 2 driveways - cars are not to be parked on the lawn at any time. HOUSE BROKEN PETS will be allowed in home only upon approval, with $250 per animal additional deposit. Housing any unapproved pets may be cause for eviction and forfeiture of all deposits. Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the house or on property premises at any time. Doing so will be cause for eviction and forfeiture of all deposits. Tenants will be responsible to uphold this requirement and ensure that it is upheld by any guests. Selected tenant(s) must have minimum credit score of 640 and good rental references. Application, credit report and background check will be required for each adult that will live in home. Total initial move-in amount is based on 1st month's rent, last month's rent and $1,750 deposit for a total of $5,250. This amount can be adjusted downward based on auto payment options below.
