There ARE steep stairs down to the basement so you must be able to go up and down stairs You will have an entire private basement apartment with own entrance and own washer/dryer combo unit . NOTE *** there are steeper metal stairs going down into the unit . IF you are unable to walk up and down stairs this unit may not be for you. Non-shared space. Mark the long time owner lives above in the main portion of the house! There are two off street driveway parking spots and free street parking as well. The home has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom that has a streaming TV. NOTE: There is no dishwasher in the apartment. There is central AC and Heat but the temperature is controlled remotely in the main house. We can adjust to whatever your needs are. There are also fans and space heaters if needed. There is a very cozy living room area with large streaming smart TV. FIREPLACE IS NOT FOR AVAILABLE GUEST USE
