No outstanding rent, mortgages, or fees. • No completed evictions/eviction filings in the last five (5) years. • Work/income verification must be verified and approved as required per our screening criteria. • No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.) • NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS • Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities. • The application fee is a nonrefundable $85 per person. • Every potential occupant age 18 or older must submit a separate application with separate contact information. • ALL animals and pets are required to be listed on your original application.
