With 300’ of ocean frontage, you will have the opportunity to spot many local birds of Downeast – puffins, loons, gulls and herons. Or perhaps you’ll experience the sighting of our nations symbol - the Bald Eagle – right here in Maine! Relax on the hammock and listen to the calls of nature, curl up with a good book or take a nap as you sway in the soft breezes rolling off the bay. Inside the home your will find a clean relaxing environment complete with everything you need in a home away from home. The main house offers plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Master bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite bath and private deck overlooking the ocean. Sip coffee from the deck and watch the early morning sea mist as it breaks away for the start of a beautiful Maine summer day. You will also find 3 more bedrooms located on the second floor. The main floor is home to a kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, family room and bathroom. For even more space, there is an additional in-law apartment to the home with a private entrance. This adds another bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room to the already 2000sq’ main house.
