Property Id: 3040175 We have a one bed apartment coming available for lease mid-November. This is a second floor apartment and has washer, dryer, fridge and stove included. A nice open concept and a very bright apartment. This also has a nice deck off the kitchen! Parking is off-street but can only accommodate one vehicle. Sorry, no pets are allowed as well as no smoking. One year lease, water/sewer included. Tenant is responsible for electric (Village= Municipal) and gas (for heat and cooking).
