There is a large garden shed too (no garage). The original hardwood floors were recently refinished and the kitchen boasts stunning granite countertops. The interior was recently painted and the exterior of the home was just painted. There are peak ocean views from front deck, and mature lemon and shade trees in the backyard. This home is located in the Village of Shell Beach. There is beach access at the end of the street, and our family has enjoyed kayaking, tidepooling, and spotting the whales, dolphins and seals that swim and play close to our shore. We also enjoy walks to Dinosaur Caves park and stunning sunsets over the ocean. We live in the neighborhood and are typically accessible if any problems arise. Washer/dryer and yard maintenance included in price. Most window coverings are included. Forced air heating with HEPA filter. Ceiling fans throughout.Utilities not included. Available August 23, 2016. 12 month lease. No smoking. We do not rent sight unseen, must view the property. No exceptions. Security deposit is $4000.
