House has a decently sized front and backyard, and a garage. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with people walking their dogs at night and very family oriented. No central A/C or heater. The Bedroom is connected to the bathroom, with a large closet and laminated hardwood flooring. Since its upstairs, with two windows it gets plenty of natural lighting in the day. Room is large enough to fit a queen size bed, desks, chair,drawer and shelf, with still plenty of space to walk. There is also large closet. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the living area and kitchen are fully furnished and equipped. Utilities will be split, you ll be paying for Gas,Trash, Electricity and Internet. Averages from $30-$50 The roommates are nice people (CSULB graduates and a current student), very open-minded and willing to talk things out if there are problems around the house. They are 420 friendly and open to overnight guests, but of course not permanent guests . Roommates are clean and share cleaning responsibilities in the common areas with everyone. This place is pet friendly but for dogs and cats, you ll have to pay extra deposit fee. (will check contract for that) Unfortunately pitties and chows are not allowed. There is a garage for parking that is open to all, while there is also plenty of street parking. Street sweeping is Tuesdays and Wednesday 8-12. I m trying to move out as soon as possible!
