Shotgun style home on a quiet road in the Boulevard neighborhood. The Nantahala home has a large kitchen with an island and penalty of storage. The owner has recently upgraded the HVAC system so the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom all have their own mini splits. While the home has had a lot of upgrades and attention, it has not lost its character and charm. There is a massive side/back deck and a screen porch at the front of the house that is prefect for your morning coffee. This home also offers a beautiful barn style workshop that has electricity. UGA's Health & Science campus is only 0.6 miles away, a quick 13 minute walk. There is a 2 car parking pad so you don't have to worry about off street parking. Lawn care and pest control are included in the rent, all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. This home is all electric, there is no need for gas. GA Power, ACC water and trash/recycling. Any internet company my be used. We are sorry but pets are not welcome at this home. Move-in date is June 1st, 2026 Applicants have to be 18 or over, we need to see 600 or higher credit, 3 times the monthly income compared to the rent, current and pervious rental verification.
