Looking for a male roommate to rent a bedroom in the Capitol Hill area of Burnaby. Convenient access to downtown Vancouver as well as SFU via the 135 Bus. Ideally looking for a 6 month+ rental, but could be shorter term as well. Main floor of house is around 1000 square feet. Size of room is 120 square feet. Common area totaling around 600 square feet and must be shared with 2 other people. Bedroom comes furnished with a bed as well as a desk. Ideally looking for a SFU student. (Other two renters are both completing masters program at SFU). No Smoking, No Pets, No parties Rent includes everything: WiFi, Telus TV, and all utilities including laundry. (Note, pictures are a little dated, New Pot Lights installed, and room is much bigger then photo suggests) References Required. Available starting March 15th or April 1.
