Our amenities include a fishing pier, boat ramp, boat docks, boardwalk with patio tables and chairs, BBQ pit, fire pit, playground and swimming area. Assigned boat dock $50.00/per mo. extra. In addition to our cabins we have two cottages and a 50 amp RV site all located on 0.98 acres on beautiful Lake Corpus Christi. Our cabins are turn-key fully furnished month-to-month rentals. The living/dining room area has a table with six chairs, a sofa, rocking chair, mini-split AC, and big screen TV. Each bedroom has two full size beds, a mini-split AC, a nightstand and two lockers to hang clothes. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. All linens, cookware and tableware are provided. The 12' x 24' covered deck has two rocking chairs and a granite conversational table with four chairs. * We have two cottages, two cabins and one 50 amp RV site for rent also. We are located on 0.98 acres on Lake Corpus Christi. Our cottages and cabins are turn-key fully furnished month-to-month rentals. Our amenities include a fishing pier, boat ramp, boat docks, boardwalk with patio tables and chairs, BBQ pit, fire pit, playground and swimming area.
