The granite kitchen features tremendous cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a full complement of furnishings. Two living spaces give you the option to cuddle up in a chair with your current book and a cup of coffee or lounge on the leather sofa and maybe take that afternoon siesta we all need! There are two bedroom options on the main level with one full bath, one of the bedrooms has en-suite access. Upstairs you will find the newly renovated bedroom suite, with lovely new bathroom with walk in shower and multiple closet spaces. Backyard has a great deck and BBQ grill to enjoy the outdoors, backyard is fully fenced. This home is fully furnished, includes the utilities (cap on the electric bill is $150.00 per month), Internet is also provided along with landscaping. $35 per person application fee, link to be provided by agent upon inquiry.
