Minimum lease term is 12 months. Landscaping is included. No more than 2 pets under 25 lbs. with $500.00 pet deposit. This is a NON smoking home. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities. Directions: From Hwy 59 or the Foley Beach Express, head east on Hwy 98. From the Expressway, you will veer slightly right on Old Foley Road after 1.5 miles. Take a left on Dakota St. in 1.3 miles, and the home will be located on your right. BEFORE you apply, please read.
