Beautiful and very nice one bedroom apartment in 900 ft basement with private entrance and free parking place outside, with one bedroom queen size bed. Full kitchen with stove, new refrigerator, new cabinets. Nice size living room with all furniture and TV. Huge bathroom with walk-in closet, washer and dryer. Rent included: water, electricity, WI-FI, trash, mailbox. This place no smoking, drug free and no pets. Excellent for one or two persons. Home is located: Aurora 80014, close to HWY-I 225. Very nice, clean and quiet area. Rent included gas, electricity, internet , mailbox, all appliances, furniture, kitchen utensils, bedding.
