There is a new Publix nearby and Wawa and Whataburger coming soon. The second bedroom has it's own private bath and oversized closet. The third and fourth bedrooms have their own hallway and share the third bath. Luxury vinyl plank flooring in all areas and bedrooms. The kitchen features granite countertops, a pantry, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave) and a breakfast bar. The main bath has a garden tub, separate shower, double vanity, water closet and large oversized closet. This home has solar panels, which means a consistent monthly power bill. Pets considered: up to 2 under 35 lbs, age 1+, prior approval, third-party screening; aggressive breeds not considered; $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. All Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (rbp). Rbp is $50 per month and includes liability insurance, credit building for on-time rent, up to $1M ID theft protection, HVAC filter delivery (where applicable), resident rewards and on-demand pest control. Security deposit is a full month's rent or based on application findings; roommate deposits are 75% of the base rent per roommate.
