You or another lease applicant must have physically visited the property to apply. Combined monthly income of all applicants must be at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. All persons aged 18 and older that will be residing at the property must apply and pay the Application Fees as well as any consignors. During the term of the lease the tenant is required to secure and maintain a liability insurance policy in an amount of not less than $100,000.00.
