We do have a pest control service that maintains the property bi monthly. It is perfect for a single person or a couple. Must pass a background check, 680 or higher credit score, and proof of income with 3.5X rent to income ratio. The following deposits are required: security, utility, cleaning, pet (if applicable). No cats allowed or uninsurable dogs. No satellites. There is no storage or garage with this unit.
