For Rent - 2 BR 2 BA apartment. All new stainless-steel appliances, tons of closet space and very spacious bedrooms! Onsite full size laundry room with deep sink and plenty of space! The rental price includes the following: electric, water, septic, and high-speed internet services! The apartment has its own Wi-Fi access point and is wired so that all televisions can be hard wired to the router for streaming services. There is some furniture available if needed (a futon, a high-top table with six chairs, and a large dining room table, king size bed, dresser). Off street parking with quick access to plenty of grocery stores, pharmacies, hardware stores and restaurants. About 15 minutes to the beaches (Boca Grande, Manasota Key). Must be able to show income, do a background check and have references. Serious inquiries only. If interested, you must apply and have solid credit and clean background report.
